It is that glorious, glorious time of year again. A time when there is a chill in the air but more than a dozen of the hottest women on Earth strut their stuff in prime time to keep us all warm. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is a staple of the winter season, without it many men would not even wake up between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Every year, we like to do something special for the occasion. In 2010 we did a scouting report and last year we did a drinking game. This year, we decided to bring the two together. Part of the drinking game was holding a draft so that each person could pick a model to be on their team. Like any draft, you need to have a scouting report to make sure you draft correctly. Unless you’re the Cleveland Browns, but I digress. Below you will find the rules to the 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Drinking Game along with a scouting report to help you bone up on your model knowledge.
The drinking game will be centered around the model you pick to be on your team. Put numbers into a hat and take turns drawing to set the draft order. Each participating person will pick a model from the field below. The field is the top 10 models that will be on the runway tonight. If you have more than 10 people, feel free to form teams and take more than one model. You guys got here, so you’re smart. I think you can figure it out.
Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Izabel Goulart, Lily Aldridge, Behati Prinsloo, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton and Lindsay Ellingson are your 10 models to choose from. To be honest, they’re all worthy of a number one overall choice. I will say, however, Alessandra is wearing the $2,500,000 bra so you know she will be getting a lot of attention.
Once you have your models all picked you are ready to begin the game…
Whenever your model is on the screen, you can pick whoever you want to drink. You can split the seconds between teams or you can make one person drink. It’s up to you. The seconds drank will be determined by where you are in the show.
0-14 minutes into the show = 5 seconds
15-29 minutes into the show = 10 seconds
30-44 minutes into the show = 15 seconds
45-60 minutes into the show = 20 seconds
The advantage here would be having Alessandra Ambrosio because she will be rocking that million dollar bra later in the show. By drafting her you are ensuring a late appearance by the bombshell.
That will be the backbone of this drinking game. However, we wouldn’t just leave you with that. In addition to making people drink or drinking yourself, there are side rules that will keep the game fresh.
If your model…
Blows a kiss
Wears some kind of sports gear (pads, jersey, eye black, etc)
Has wings on
Shows a butt cheek
Then you are to give out 10 seconds however you deem fair.
If your model…
Winks at the camera
Is shown running backstage
Gives an interview backstage
Is shown lip syncing to Justin Bieber
Then you are to take 10 seconds.
Now we all know drinking games aren’t only about giving and taking. The social drink is the rule that is the glue to any good drinking game. Below are the guidelines for making everyone drink together.
If…
You see Rihanna, you must slap the person to your right and chug for 5 seconds. Last one to finish has to chug an additional 5 seconds.
You hear the song “Locked out of Heaven” by Bruno Mars, everyone drink 10 seconds.
You see a model that went undrafted, whether she was listed above or not, everyone drink 10 seconds.
You see Justin Bieber posing with a model backstage, everyone say “Selener” and drink 10 seconds.
Like the social drink, the kill your beer rule is also a staple of any drinking game that is worth a damn. There is only one scenario when it is required that you kill your beer.
If a model trips, stumbles or falls you must kill your beer.
Also, like we always do, there is a kill all the alcohol in the house rule. This means beer, liquor, hand sanitizers, mouth washes and rubbing alcohols.
If a model has a nip slip a la Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl, you must kill all the alcohol in your house.
There you have it. The 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Drinking Game. Now to make it fair, below is the scouting report on all 10 of the models listed above. This way, if there are guys there that don’t know their models (boo them), this will create a more level playing field. The women are listed below in no specific order.
Adriana Lima, 31, Brazil
Adriana is one of the most saught after Angels. She has been in this show numerous times and is always an attention getter. She is almost a lock to have a backstage interview and get plenty of air time.

Alessandra Ambrosio, 31, Brazil
Alessandra has seen her star getting brighter and brighter over the years at VS. She has become a must for any commercial. Like Adriana, she will definitely have an interview back stage and a lot of air time. She will be rocking the million dollar bra as well. Probably the front runner for first overall pick.

Miranda Kerr, 29, Australia
Miranda, a personal favorite, is on the same level as Adriana and Alessandra. She is one of the most familiar faces from Victoria’s Secret and always gets plenty of attention at the Fashion Show. Fingers crossed for a backstage interview so we can hear that awesome accent.

Izabel Goulart, 28, Brazil
Izabel is one of the Angels you recognize, but probably don’t remember her name. Here’s a tip: Remember it from now on. This beautiful Brazilian babe may be your best bet for a kill your beer situation. During her first ever fashion show her top fell open. Sigh…

Lily Aldridge, 27, California
I bet you thought we weren’t going to get an American girl, huh? Wrong. Enter Lily Aldridge, who I think is a very underrated and underestimated model. I can see Lily helping you dole out some serious drinking time tonight. Wouldn’t be a bad mid round pick up.

Behati Prinsloo, 23, Namibia
Baby Behati, the younger of the models, could be seen on a recent episode of Hawaii 5.0. Anything to get her into a bikini, I guess. She is the face of the Victoria’s Secret Pink line. I wouldn’t use a top 5 pick on Behati but don’t be upset if you get her late, she will still get someone drunk.

Doutzen Kroes, 27, Netherlands
Doutzen is just as popular at the fashion show and she is in the modeling world. This year she was ranked 5th on the top earners list in Forbes Magazine. With numbers like that, it is impossible for the camera to ignore her. A top 5 pick would be a wise position to take Doutzen.

Candice Swanepoel, 24, South Africa
Candice might be young, but she is no stranger to the runway. Coming in behind Doutzen on the top earners list at number 10, Candice has hit the Fashion Show runway since 2007. A seasoned vet, she will also get a lot of air time. Air time = give time. Middle of the pack drafting for Candice for sure.

Lindsay Ellingson, 26, California
Another American girl! Lindsay is one of the younger models, along with Candice and Behati, and can be considered the future. She has the classic beauty that the camera loves and if previous years are any indication, she will have plenty of time on camera to get your friends hammered. Don’t be afraid to take her in the top 5 or 6.

Erin Heatherton, 23, Illinois
There is something about a midwest girl. I can’t explain it, they just have that something. Erin is no different. This being her 5th Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, you can count on her being a seasoned pro. I wouldn’t, however, count on her to be the model to make you kill your beer.
