Golconda Fort

Golconda fort was built by the then rulers of Andhra Pradesh – the Kakatiyas in the 13th century. The residents would stay awake all night keeping a check while there would be religious mantras and flags put up at the entrance of the houses for safety. It is said that the suicides were committed because of the presence of a spirit which they believe was due to the divine wrath for destroying a temple in the area.

Ramoji Film City

Known as the world’s largest integrated film studio Ramoji film city, it was a war zone once and is also known for supernatural occurrences. While many actors have reportedly seen ghosts in the mirror during makeup and the light men talking about strange figures wanting to push them down from the wall, many violent attacks, especially on women, have also been reported. It’s believed that it’s all due to some of the soldiers who died during the Nizam war. Kundanbagh Haunted House

This house they say was broken into by thieves in the year 2002 and dead bodies of the residents were discovered which included three women (a mother and her two daughters). Although the bodies were found in a decomposed condition, the neighbours claim that they had seen the mother and the daughter duo walking around the house just two days before they were found dead. While alive, they would use to light candles at the midnight and scare the neighbours off.

Shamshabad Airport

It is believed that the place is haunted by the ghosts of those who died in the protests before the construction of the airport. There are video footages which have captured the presence of the spirits of a man sitting with his head 360 degrees turned or a white saree clad woman dancing on the runway, and so on!
