PRIMA Cinema Movies Available For Download the Day of Their Release

Sounds pretty awesome, doesn’t it?  Just hire PRIMA Cinema to install their state of the art digital box in your home theater and you are all set.  Don’t have a home theater? That is a deal breaker.  So get one.

Now, for those of you who already have the home theater, you are halfway there.  You just need to get set up with PRIMA Cinema and you’ll be hosting movie premieres in no time!

For only the initial cost of $35,000, PRIMA Cinema will come into home and install their digital, 2TB box.  Complete with thumbprint security scanner, the box acts a lot like iTunes does in regards to downloading movies.  Once, you download the movie you and your guests wish to watch, you have 24 hours to complete the movie once it begins.  You are basically renting these newly released movies instead of owning them.

The catch is that each of those movies will cost you $500 to rent but rest assured, the quality of the picture and sound is guaranteed to be better than Blu-Ray.

prima-1

PRIMA Cinema officially launched at the beginning of 2013 and is hoping to have 1,000 customers signed soon.  They are based in Los Angeles and are backed by Universal Pictures and have former president of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences Sid Ganis and filmmaker Peter Farrelly on their board of advisor’s.  To say they are connected to the people who would be able to afford this is an understatement.

Plenty of A-list celebs and others with stupid amounts of money will probably be lining up for their own PRIMA Cinema because you really can’t put a price on privacy.

I’d like to reserve a unit pending the results of my Mega Millions ticket.
