The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart put New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady into his crosshairs recently after a report came out saying Brady was at least “generally aware” that the footballs were being deflated ahead of their AFC Championship game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Stewart ripped Brady for lying to everyone and even showed the now famous clip of Gronk telling everyone they could “deflate deez nuts.”
Of course, what was Brady supposed to do? Tell everyone during Super Bowl week that he knew the balls were being deflated?
