KOB Eyewitness News 4 in New Mexico has obtained surveillance pictures of a State Police officer having sex on the hood of a car while on duty and in uniform. To make matters worse, he crushed during daylight hours. The best part of the whole situation is that the officer has not been charged because the State Police say there was no crime committed. They claim there was no indecent exposure or public lewdness because no one was around to see it. The video of the news cast is below.
