Indians Prospect Clint Frazier Broke His Bat Over His Knee

The Cleveland Indians selected Clint Frazier with their No. 1 pick in the 2013 draft and the 21-year-old is currently in AA Akron where through the first 13 games of his season, he’s hitting a respectable .286.

However, that average may have fallen a bit after his 0-4 performance on Tuesday night, including a strike out in the 9th inning to force extra innings with Birmingham. Frazier was none too happy with his performance as well, so he decided that the common denominator must go and he broke his wooden bat over his knee.

I don’t get how someone could possibly do that in real life.

Also, I’m petitioning MiLB to have his line read 1-5. He connected completely with that bat.
