LISTEN: Jim Donovan Calls Jabrill Peppers’ Game-Clinching Sack of Case Keenum

Last weekend, the Cleveland Browns went into Denver and came away with a 17-16 victory. For a team that went 1-31 over the previous two seasons, any win is huge. But to win on the road at Mile High stadium was impressive.

It wasn’t the best showing from the Browns, but they got just enough to make it count. There was a questionable call to go for it on 4th down in the red zone when a field goal would have forced the Broncos to win the game with a touchdown on the final drive of the game, but in the end, it was the defense that held their own.

No one more on that defense that Jabrill Peppers, who had a banner day. One sack (first career), one interception (in the end zone) and six tackles. Helluva game.

And a helluva game will get you exactly what you deserve. Immortalized by the Cleveland Browns play-by-play caller. The one and only Jim Donovan.

POUR A LITTLE PEPPER ON IT!

Not only is the call amazing, but the fact that Donovan is high-fiving fans through the window of the booth should tell you just how genuinely pumped up he is.

Browns move 6-7-1 on the season and somehow their playoff hopes still aren’t dead.

To anyone in northeast Ohio, at least.
