According to the Raiders website this morning, Al Davis has passed away. He was 82 years old. The family will be issuing a statement later today on his passing. Al Davis was a Owner, a Head Coach, a General Manager and a Commissioner and although he was eccentric at times, he helped shape the NFL into what it is today. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Davis family and Raider Nation.
