The Cleveland Indians were on the verge of splitting the first two games of a three game tilt against the Toronto Blue Jays, but then Yan Gomes stepped to the plate.
For the second time during the game, Gomes went deep and this time he tied the game at 3 each in the top of the ninth. His shot in the seventh inning initially put the Indians within striking distance after Michael Brantley went yard in the fourth.
Check out the side by side video of both of the home runs. You think pitchers may shy away from throwing Gomes any pitch near this zone? Sheesh.
The Tribe would ultimately fall to the Blue Jays in 10 innings on a walk-off two run shot by Ryan Goins.
