Raised in Southampton, this 22 year old has been dreaming of being a model since she was a little girl. She specializes in glamour, lingerie & swimsuit modeling. Judging from her Twitter account, and if you are at least 18 it is a MUST follow, she is deathly afraid of any type of shirt. I’m not exaggerating when I say it is the most worthwhile follow I’ve given out in 2013, maybe ever.
According to her Facebook page, Scarlet is trying to get into the Sun’s Page 3, a must for any one who wants to be a British model. She claims that if we all email “Scarlet Bouvier for Page 3” to editorial@page3.com she could win enough votes to make her the new Sun Page 3 model. Do your job, Thunder Nation.
