When he left the role, he took up surfing as a way to keep fit, but also have fun in life. When you think about what you are doing in your current life, and if your job is stressful or not, but you are also wondering if you are doing enough to look after your children, this is when you can take inspiration from those that have done it before. When you look at someone like Barack Obama who had the most stressful job in the world, this is when you can achieve a grand sense of perspective. He had two daughters at the height of his presidency with all of the problems going on. 

When you think about it for the basis of being the dad you want to be, consider these three components.
