NFL hopeful Denard Robinson was invited to throw out the first pitch for the Detroit Tigers today as they were set to take on the Toronto Blue Jays. Unfortunately, Robinson didn’t come close to anything that resembled a first pitch except maybe for standing in the right spot. The beloved former Michigan quarterback might be able to blame this bad pitch on the his fan-voted NCAA 14 cover. Maybe it’s like the Madden curse or the Sports Illustrated curse? I don’t know what else could explain why a man with so much athleticism cannot throw a baseball. We shouldn’t be surprised though, his lack of passing ability is what is moving him to wide receiver for the NFL.
