Judge tells Lindsay Lohan that she will see jail no matter what

lilo-courtIf Lindsay Lohan wants to take a plea deal to avoid a trial for alledgedly stealing a $2,500 necklace then she can plan on rocking the orange jump suit again. TMZ is reporting that the plea deal offered up by district attorney Danette Meyers is 6 months in jail, but if rejected she could be facing jail time anyway.

Judge Keith Schwartz told LiLo in court on Wednesday that if she accepted a plea deal he would sentence her to jail. On the other hand, if she decides to reject the offer and the Judge rules there is enough evidence for her to stand trial, she will be punished for violating her probation from a 2007 DUI. Which could ultimately land her in jail before the trial for the necklace even starts.

Basically if LiLo accepts the plea deal, she will be found guilty and sentenced to 6 months in jail. If she rejects the plea deal and her case goes to trial, she will be incarcerated for probation violation, while the trial is going on. Now the only hope that she can hold is that while she is in jail for probation violation, she can be found not guilty in the grand theft case, which would make her stint in the clink less than the original plea deal of 6 months.

It’s a tough decision she has to make and she has about 2 weeks to do so. She is due back in court on March 10 where she can either accept her plea deal and fate or reject it and face a preliminary hearing and pray that there isn’t enough evidence to warrant a trial.

Good thing she looks good in orange….
