Adrian Beltre recorded his 2,500th hit last night against the Detroit Tigers. Upon reaching first base, he took off his helmet for a moment and Miguel Cabrera saw an opportunity.
It is well documented that Adrian Beltre DOES NOT like his head touched. Barstool Sports has a nice compilation of GIFs of Beltre’s teammates screwing with him. Now that the baseball world knows he hates it, he has to watch his back for people like Miggy.
Miggy went in for the touch and Beltre swerved to avoid it. Beltre then got his revenge on the unsuspecting first basemen.
